By using vitamologist.ai (the 'Site') and the products of Vitamologist, LLC ('we', 'us', 'our'), you ('you', 'user') agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
The Site is an informational and brand presence for Vitamologist supplements. Product purchases happen on Amazon under Amazon's own Conditions of Use. Information on this Site is for general educational purposes — not medical advice.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — text, images, logos, formulas, brand names, the wordmark 'Vitamologist', the QR mechanic and 'Surprise inside — scan to unlock' branding — is owned by or licensed to Vitamologist, LLC. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
3. Product Information
We aim for accuracy in all product descriptions, ingredient lists, and dosages. Errors do happen. The authoritative reference for any Vitamologist product is the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle and the Certificate of Analysis for that specific lot.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitamologist, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Privacy Policy

This Policy describes what personal information we collect and how we use it. We collect the minimum we need to operate the Site and serve you. We never sell your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
Email address — when you join our launch waitlist. Locale and source page — to understand which markets we should prioritize. A hashed (one-way) version of your IP address — to prevent spam and bot abuse, never stored in a way that identifies you. Standard server logs — request URL, user agent, timestamp — kept for 30 days for operational debugging.
2. How We Use Information
Email: to notify you when products go live on Amazon, and to send a one-time welcome message. Locale: to serve content in your language and prioritize market expansion. We do not run behavioral advertising on this Site.
3. Data Storage & Processing
Your email is stored in a US-hosted Postgres database (Supabase). Access is restricted to Vitamologist, LLC personnel. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share aggregate, non-identifying analytics with manufacturing or retail partners. We disclose data only when required by law (subpoena, court order, regulatory request).
5. Your Rights
You may unsubscribe from any email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@vitamologist.ai — we will confirm and execute deletion within 30 days. EU and UK users have additional rights under GDPR; California users under CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.
6. Children
Vitamologist supplements are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, contact privacy@vitamologist.ai and we will delete it.

vitamologist.ai uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand basic traffic patterns. We do not run advertising trackers or behavioral profiling.
Strictly necessary
Locale preference (which language you've chosen) — stored in a first-party cookie so you don't have to choose every time. Anti-CSRF tokens — protect form submissions. These are required for the Site to function and cannot be disabled.
Analytics
Vercel Analytics provides aggregate, privacy-first traffic statistics — pages viewed, country, device type. No individual identification, no cross-site tracking, no advertising IDs.
Your choices
You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will reset your locale preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of from ad networks.

Caffeine Notice (Vitamologist AM)
Vitamologist AM contains 200mg of caffeine per serving — comparable to roughly two cups of coffee. Not recommended for individuals sensitive to caffeine, pregnant or nursing women, or persons under 18. Do not consume with other caffeine-containing products. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience adverse effects.
Allergens
Vitamologist formulations are free from major allergens — no soy, no gluten, no dairy, no GMOs, no titanium dioxide, no artificial colors. Phosphatidylserine in our AM and PM Ultra formulas is sourced from sunflower (soy-free). Always read the Supplement Facts panel before use.
